About Me
From a young age, I have been driven to connect with others and bring essential resources to communities. My work has focused on raising awareness around mental and sexual health to foster growth and learning. The person I am today is shaped by research, DEI-J practices, and education. I believe in a person autonomy and working collaboratively to reach goals.
Through my experience, I have recognized the lack of resources available for sexual wellness and mental health. I am passionate about destigmatizing sexual health and advocating for accessible resources that empower individuals to make informed choices in their lives and relationships.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University (2022) and a certificate in sex therapy (2023). Adler’s emphasis on social justice has profoundly influenced my work and the communities I serve. My approach with clients is direct, focused on helping them achieve their goals and maximize their potential in their relationships. My aim is for clients to leave our sessions feeling brave, empowered, informed, and closer to achieving their goals.
I provide services exclusively to adults and offer counseling in both Spanish and English.
