At a young age I knew I wanted to connect with others and bring resources into communities. I have worked a variety of communities to bring awareness around mental and sexual health to support growth and learning. Who I am today is because of my community that includes mentors, family, and collegues. Due to their influence I value community, connection, and belief that everyone can learn from one another. In my experience I have seen a lack of resources for sexual wellness and mental health needs. I am passionate about bringing awareness and de-stigmatizing sexual health, I firmly believe that everyone should have the right to resources and information to best support their choices in life and in their relationships.

 I graduated from Adler University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2022) and a certificat in sex therapy (2023). Their emphesis on soscial justice has impacted my career and the communities I work with. My appraoch with my client(s) is direct, my focus on helping them reach their goals and potential in their relationship(s). If anyone is to take anything away from our meetings I hope that  you leave feeling validated, empowered, informed, and closer to reaching your goals. I work with adults only and I am able to offer services in two languages: Spanish and English.
